MORINSVILLE
This place is" getting quite dead since the young men have left for the goldfields..'What an uproar at the station among the young ladies because E C was leaving for Paerofr. They had to get 5 a tablecloth to dry their tears. Poor girls! Never mind; some day he'll wander back again. ."Which of the young ladies is it that is favourite for the Bailway Puppy Stakes ? I think M T has a show. . There was quite a grand little gathering at the party given ut Pine Grove the other evening by the young ladies. There were seven couples present, and only two ladies from here went... what a spoon L C and T P were having coining from the Grove. 'What would auntie have said if she had seen them ? Never mind, T ; be all smiles and sweet talk, and you might win her yet. -
