A encket match was held here on Saturday. Our local team won, after a closelycontested game..T B stuck very closely to B T..JCG was doing a great mash with the poromandel girl . . What kept E K away ? Was it on account of M G-'s absence?. .Too bad of. N K to tell T B and W G they were only making holes to break people's legs, after they had cleared all the rushes away...M P looks very down-hearted since B H.left for Morrinsville. . When is N A going to run in double harness ? . .The O M was glad to see the Rangiriri blowhard let the Wairangi boys go home without a row. .The Misses P are home for their holidays. Where are J W and W W?
