HELENSVILLE,
M.M. looks very sad after the departure of M.R. Never mind M., he will be up next holidays.... What brings I?.S. to the Makiri so often? Is it to inspeot the butter or what?... A.S. is all smiles since the reconciliation with D....E.L. andMT.B. are often seen arm-in-arm down the wharf to see that the boats are safely anchored. ...Who is that tall young gentleman B.R. is seen so often with of late?.. . Didn't X.'s eyes flash fury the other night when B.P. spoke to the other young lady..,,L.R. always looks out for the mails from Auckland sinoe T.C. has taken up his residence there.... We all regret the departure of E.HcL. but G.D. takes it .badly ; in every night this week.... lt is a wonder H.S. haa not taken a trip to town as M.O. is spending her holidays there.
