By the bye, I wonder whether she has found her temper y pr not. 5/. reward. ; .A most enjoyable dance was held in Mr Sutton's Hall last Friday evening, 24th ult., under the careful management of Messrs M. Galvan and G. Moon, whe deserve great praise for the satisfactory manner in which everything was carried out. About 30 couples , were present. Dancing was kept up with spirit till daylight. Mr J. Galvan acted as M.C. Messsrs Morgan, La Trobe, and McQuinn supplied the music, which was all that could be desired. The honor of belle was equally divided between Mis 3J. Bush and Miss K. Swan. Mr_. C. Sutton was in charge of the refreshments, snd seemed to be kept very busy all the time.
