The Burglar's Widow.
It was the burglar's widow His coffin sat beside ; Her hot etars fell like summer rain, And piteously she orif d — • St. Peter'll never let him Inside the golden gate !' But came to her a sudden thought, And she exclaimed, ' Just wait !' Then rose the burglar's widow, And this is what she did : She slipped his trusty jimmy Beneath the coffin lid. 'iNow let old Peter hold the door, Jack will got in, you bet ! He's got his jimmy with him, and It never failed him yet.
