COL. FRASER,
his most formidable opponent, is at the other extreme, financially — would be, i fear, easily corrupted ; but has the reputation of being an excellent party man. He is on the Liberal side, and being an old campaigner and a canny boot to boot, 1 expect to see him at the top of the poll.
