The Editor will carefully read and acknowledge in 'Answers to Correspondents' all contributions submitted whether in the fo?in of political, social, or other articles, short stories or slte/ches (those dealing with colonial subjects and not exceeding two columns in length, or say 3000 words, are specially acceptable),paragraphs, letters, or neivspaver clippings, All communications tvill be regarded as strictly confidential. The Observes will return all unsuitable MSS when ihe address is specified and stamps enclosed.
