LEMON PUDDING.

Grate the rind of one lemon, mix with the yolks of two eggs, one pint of fine bread crumbs, one quart of sweet milk, half a cup of sugar, a little salt. Bake twenty minutes. Beat to a froth the whites of the eggs, and the juice of the lemon, and a half cup of sugar. Spread over the top of the pudding and bake five minutes.
