The following are the Rules :-r 1. Each paper for thirteen weeks, commencing. June 3rd, will contain a Coupon, and thirteen of these Coupons, (of any date) being Cut out and sent to this office, with twopenny and the name and'address of the sender, a ticket entitling the recipient to one chance in the Art Union will be forwarded by return post. 2. The proper name and address must be written clearly and fully on the Coupon 3. The Coupons must be neatly cut out round the ' "black line, so as to be all the same size.
