~f\ OMESTIC FELOII T .Y. "Auckland, 23rd August, 1881. — Mr Parsons : Dear Sir,— -It is ivitfo pleasure that I express our satisfaction with the Gas Cooking Stove supplied by you. After a twelve months' experience we are able to give unqualified approval. The blowings and glo wings have given place to. coolness, with tranquility of temper quite delightful; thereby preserving the alimentary functions in the happiest mood to do justice to the viands so admirably cooked by this felicitous exchange in the cuisine department. We bake our own bread, which is done to satisfaction. Lastly, the feature of paramount interest. I find, on comparing the previous cost of fuel with the gas account, the result to be slightly in favour of the latter. The great, convenience, saving of time, and other recommendations, experience alone can appreciate. — R.
