An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the New Golden Crown Gold Mining Company (Limited), will be hold at the Registered Office of the Company, in Shortland-street, Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the Bbh day of March, 1882, at 2 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of passing (if approved) the following resolutions : — That the New Golden Crown Gold Mining Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up, and for the purpose of determining the course to be pxiisued by the Directors in disposing of the Com* . pany's property. And at such meeting the following propoaals will be submitted : — That a New Company be formed under the Mining Companies Act, 1872, to be called the " Crown Gold Mining Company (Limited)," with a capital of £10,000, in 10,000 shares of £1 each, of which 3000 shares will be allotted to the shaveholders of the New Golden Crown Gold Mining Company (Limited) ; and 2000 shares to the Cure Gold Mining Company (Limited), for the purchase of its property.
