You must blush at your own praises, And talk in flowery phrases Of science and high arts. The meaning does not matter, If it's only idle chatter — It will please the swell jam-tarts. And everyone will say, As your walk you mighty way, "If this jam-tart expresses himself in terms too deep for me, Why, what particularly gooseberry-jam this real jam tart must be."
