The First Spring Prize Drawing for no less than Thirty Valuable Gifts will take place on Wednesday, 12th of October, under the following new rules, which should be carefully perused :— RULES. 1. Coupons numbered successively 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, appeared in the last four, and will appear in the present and in the next three numbers of the Observer. 2.
