HAVRE’S BAY FRUIT. NEW FIGURE LIKELY. IBy Telegraph.*—P'fss Association) HASTINGS, May 11. With nine days to go before the closing of the fruit export season. Hawke’s Bay is expected to break the export record by at least 20,000 cases. This statement was made by tho orchard instructor to the Department of Agriculture at Hastings. .Mr. N. J. Adamson, yesterday.
The previous record was 014,000 eases in 1934.
