PROSPECTING PARTIES. SEVENTY-EIGHT APPLICATIONS. [By Telegrapn. —Press Association] WELLINGTON, April 0. Seventy-eight applications from six different groups have been received by the Minister for .Mines, Mr. P. Webb, for petroleum prospecting licenses, and four licenses from the Gisborne district are to be issued at an early date.
