SPORTS MEETING.

PRIMARY SCHOOLS' PUPILS.

COMBINED GATHERING. Yesterday was one of the "day of days" in the primary school calendar, as far as the pupils were concerned, the occasion being the annual combined sports meeting held at Victoria Park.

For the teachers, it was a different tale, they being kept working at full pressure for six or seven hours in an attempt to keep the lengthy programme up to schedule. They appeared, however, to enjoy their work. A list of results will appear in Monday's issue of the "Thames Star."
