TELEVISION ADVANCES
GERMANY BUILDING THREE TRANSMITTERS A great television exhibition in Berlin reveals that Britain and Germany are close competitors for the television leadership of Europe. The screens at the German exhibition are the largest yet seen. One is six feet by eight, another three feet by four.
