ST. MORITZ SKATERS.

A SPECTACULAR ACT.

NOW IN THAMES. Thcro was only one possible verdiet from the thousands who sat enthralled and stimulated by the St. Morita Skaters from one end of the Dominion to the other. Both the principals, • Monsieur Corthesey and Vera Paravicini, have made command performances * before Royalty, and on three occasions did their amazing duo act before tho late King George. Engaged for a ISTx weeks' contract in South Africa, they remained for 1069 days—the largest specialty act ever run in the Dominion. The manner in which they skim the outside edges of the narrow platform and the woman partner is rotated through tho air at terrific speed has to be seen to be credited. The onefoot spin in which the woman relies for support only on tho grip of the toes of one foot round the back of her partner's neck is the most daring exercise of all —the only one of its kind the world has seen, a poem of perfect balance and implicit confidence.

The St. Moritz Skaters will be located on the section opposite the Hotel Imperial, commencing to-day (Thursday), and continuing to-morrow and Saturday. Sessions nightly, 7.30, 8, 8.30, 9 and 9.30.
