Fatal Fall.
THAMES MAN'S DEATH. VERDICT AT INQUEST. (Special to "Star.") AUCKLAND, Oct, 30. A verdict that death was due to a fractured skull with cerebral haemorrhage, following a fall down stairs, was returned by the coroner, Mr. F. K\ Hunt, S.M., yesterday, concerning the death of John Waldrou Tongc, of Thames. Evidence was given that about 5.30 on October 14 deceased fell down some stairs in a boardinghouse and death followed from the injuries which lie received.
