The fourteenth Congress of the Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire will he officially, opened in Wellington to-morrow- by . Lord Galway. All the delegates will be received by Lord and Lady Galway at Government House this eVening. Members of the executive committee were entertained at the Wellesley Club to-day at luncheon, and at' 4 o'clock the delegates and their wives are being received by members o"f the Wellington Chamber at the Hotel St. George.

There will be a State luncheon after the opening.
