Watching Dominion.

WITH ANXIOUS EYES. AUSTRALIA WONDERS. ABOUT OUR GOVERNMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Sept. 30. The policy of the New Zealand Labour Government was being watched with anxious eyes in Australia, especially in New South Wales, where there was a feeling that it was the same thing as Langism, said Mr. H. S. S. Kyle, M.P. for Riccarton, who has returned from a visit to New South Wales and Victoria.

He said many people to whom he spoke expressed surprise that such momentous changes Avere accepted so quietly by the people. They had a feeling that the Government's socialistic policy would not be a success and that there would be a breakdown before long. Asked regarding conditions generally in Australia, Mr. Kyle said that it was making a wonderful recovery, and the Commonwealth Government had reduced taxation by £5,000,0()0.
