NGATEA. ODDFELLOWS' LODGE. There was a fair attendance at a meeting of the Ngatea branch of the M.U.1.0.0.F. In the absence of the Noble Grand, Bro. G. Furby, Bro. A. M. Waite presided. Mention was made of a presentation to be made to Bro. MeLeod, District Secretary, who has been a member of the Order for 60 years. Obituary. The death occurred yesterday of Mrs. E. Williamson, whose husband is employed by the Hauraki Plains Meat Company. Mrs. Williamson had been seriously ill for some time. Great sympathy is felt for Mr. Williamson and his daughter. Rugby Tournament. A seven-a-side Rugby tournament, held at Kaiana on Saturday last, was won by Pokeno. Teams from Mangatawhiri and Hauraki Plains Unions competed.
