ANNUAL MEETING. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. SOUND FINANCIAL POSITION. The annual meeting of the Thames Old Boys' Association was held last evening, Mr. E. Watson presiding over a fair attendance of members. Committee's Report. The annual report stated that two reunions were held, but both were not too well attended, probably due to counter attractions. The membership showed a slight improvement. The committee's thanks were again due to the honorary treasurer and auditors, and the various artists who assisted at the reunions. The report was adopted.

The balancerslfeet, which showed the Association to be in a satisfactory financial position, was adopted.

Election of Officers

The election of officers resulted: President, Mr. E. Watson; vice-pre-sidents, Messrs. L. Griffin and T. W. Hays; treasurer, Mr. J. R. Muir; secretary, Mr. W, B. McDonald; executive committee, Messrs. S. Alexander, A. Bateman, A. 0. Bateman, C. Billing, W. Carson, J. F. Donnelly, W. Graham, E. Kenny, G. Morrison; auditors, Messrs, W. J. Hosking and W. O'Brien.

Congratulations,

It was decided that the Association send a Jotter to the Thames Rugby Union representatives and their selector, congratulating them on their success in winning the Peace Memorial Cup and withstanding two challenges.

Medal to Runner.

The secretary announced that the Association's medal for the winner of the annual steeplechase of the Thames High School had been sent to the school for presentation to the winner, F. Thomas.

Services Acknowledged

The president mentioned the services rendered by Mr. W. B. McDonald, Who has been secretary of the Association since its inauguration in 1917, and thanked Mr. McDonald for the way he had carried out his many duties. The meeting closed with votes of thanks to the Press, the artists who had contributed to the programmes at the Association's reunions, and to Mr. S. Muir for the use of his room, where the executive committee •held its meetings.
