The team of Ncav Zealand women golfers returned from Australia by the Marama yesterday. Mrs. M. 11. Godby, tho captain, said they had a very..happy .time, although disappointed at being unable to bring the Tasman Cup back with tlieiii.'' The team nevertheless did very well.
Miss 0. Kay, avlio defeated Mrs, Fullerton Smith in the Australian AVomen’s championship final, said the experience gained Avould be very beneficial to the team. The Australian standard Avas definitely no higher than in New Zealand, and the New Zealanders should have no difficulty in giving a better account of themselves next year.
