FOR WIFE.AND CHILDREN. HUSBAND'S FATAL ACCIDENT. STRUCK BY MOTOR-CAR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Sept. 12. In the Supreme Court yesterday, Mr. Justice Smith entered judgment by consent for £1500.. damages, exclusive of.<jcosta, in. favour of Mrs. Gertrude Agnes Marston, who claimed damages in respect of herself and four children, from George Wilfred Ryan and William Meßeynolds. Mrs. Marstpn/s husband was killed as the result pf a : car driven by Mcßeynolds as agent for Ryan, striking a motor-cycle on'which Mr. Marston was a pillion-rider.
