Obituary.
MR. A. C. DARRAH. The death of Mr. Arthur Craig Darrah took place early this morning at the Thames Hospital. Mr. Darrah, wiho was 24 years of age, had been ill a little over a week, and his almost sudden death came as a shock to his many friends. He was born at Wharepoa, and after leaving school took up farming, but lately has been employed at the engineering works of Messrs. A. and G. Price. Mr. Darrah was well-known in football circles, being a Thames representative, and played for the Physical Training Club. He leaves a wife and two young children.
MRS. MARY PRICE.
The death occurred in the Waikato Hospital on Thursday of Mrs. Mary Price, wife of Mr. J. Price, chairman of the Thames Valley Power Board. Mrs. Price was born at Rutherglen, Glasgow, 77 years ago, and came to . tlhis country in her youth. Always sympathetic ami charitable, she had many interests', and made a host of friends.
