SERVICE will lie held in the King’s Theatre at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday, April 25th, to which tin general public is respectfully invited. All Returned Soldiers, Hauraki Band. Volunteers, Cadets, the Fire Brigade St. John Ambulance Division, Guides, and Primary Schools’ representatives are asked to parade at the Drill Hall Mackay Street, at !t.45 a.m. An invitation is extended to.ex-lm-perial and other Service-men and Returned Nurses to take part in tin Parade and Service, and all next-of- J xin who are entitled to wear medab are also asked to parade. Specia seating accommodation will be reserved in the theatre for next-of-kin. The Returned peop’e are asked to wear their medals and decorations. Children not admitted to Theatre unless accompanied by parents ui guardians. A temporary Cenotaph will be erected at tlie intersection of Pollen and Pahau Streets, where a short ceremony of placing- Wreaths will take place. Local Bodies and the geneial public are requested NOT to deposit Wreaths at the Cenotaph prior to the arrival of the parade. A small sand-box will be placed at the foot of the Cenotaph for the reeption of small memorial crosses. All vehicular trattle in Pollen Street between Cochrane and Mary Streets will be stopped from 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. during the ceremony ot placing the Wreaths. After the Service the Wreaths will be collected and plated on graves of Soldiers buried in the District. At the conclusion of the Service the Parade will re-form and march back to the Drill Hall, where Returned Soldiers will take the Salute prior to dismissal.
