(By Association). WELLINGTON, Feb. 19.
General inference: A depression is now moving eastwards off New Zealand and an anti-cyclone is approaching from the Tasman Sea. Forecast: Moderate but increasing southerly winds. Weather cold, cloudy and unsettled, with further rain, some heavy falls being likely. Seas rough off shore.
