Serious Charge.
NORTHERN BUSINESS MAN.

DARGAVILLE, Feb. 18,
Victor James Cahill, a wellknown business man, was charged in the Police Court, before Justices of the Peace yesterday, with indecent assault on a male on or about July 29. He was remanded to appear on February 25, bail in two sureties of £250 each being granted. It is understood other charges are pending.
