No person who has at any time since the passing of the Gaming and Lotteries Act Amendment Act, 1908, followed the occupation of a bookmaker or bookmaker’s clerk, no disqualified or undesirable person will be admitted to the I’arawai Racecourse during the Annual Meeting, and if any such person is found on such course he will be removed therefrom and prosecuted for trespass. These tickets are available for return on day of issue only. Frankton 8.30 p.m. Usual 10.10 a.m. Paeroa-Thamcs North train will leave Paeroa 10.10 a.m., arriving Thames 11.24 a.m. On 18th January only the usual 8.30 a.m. Waihi-Paeroa train will be delayed to leave Waihi at 0.0 a.m.. Paeroa arrive 0.40 a.m.. connecting with 7.50 a.m. Frankton Jn. -Thames North race train. Return train will leave Paeroa for Waihi at 7.0 p.m. (after arrival of G.O p.m. ThamesFrankton Jn. train).
