Students In Soviet Russia.

"In no other country in the world are the prospects for students so wide as they are in Russia," said Mr. J. S. Roseoe, in an address at a meeting of Canterbury College students recently. "It is quite justifiably claimed that 'the sky is the limit,' and that the demand for teachers, doctors, architects, surveyors, engineers and statisticians is absolutely insatiable. The rapid progress of industry has caused a lack of trained workers, but each year the number of people receiving education and industrial training is increasing as rapidly as schools can be erected and teachers trained."
