TO-DAY'S FORECAST. (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Feb. 28. General inference: A rather intense anti-cyclone lies centrally over the Dominion and fine weather prevails in all districts. Forecast: Light to moderate south-east to easterly winds, later tending north-east. Weather fine and warmer. Seas smooth to moderate.
