TO-DAY’S FORECAST. (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Nov. 9. General inference: An anti-cyclone is moving gradually eastwards off New Zealand, and an intense depression is advancing across the Tasman Sea. Forecast: Moderate north-east to north winds increasing. ' Weather fine and warm, but gradually clouding over. Seas moderate, but rising.
