TO-DAY'S FORECAST. (By Telegraph—Press 'Association). WELLINGTON, Nov. 8. General inference: An anti-cyclone covering New Zealand is now centred east of the North Island, and is still an intense one. Pressure is low and conditions are disturbed over southern and south-eastern Australia. Forecast: Light east to north winds, later freshening. Weather fine and warm. Seas moderate.
