PURSUANT to Sections C, 7, and s of the ".Land Drainage Act, 190 S" and amendments thereto NOTICE is hereby given that the Ratepayers' List for the above Board prepared in accordance with the provisions of Unsaid Act is open for office of the undersigned, Turua Buildings, Tuiuia, where it may be inspected during office hours by all persons interested therein. Any person who considers himself aggrieved hy the insertion of or incorrectness of any matter in the said List may object to the same. One copy of such objection should be lodged with the Clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Thames, and ono copy should be left at the office of the Board, Tunua, aforesaid. Notice is further given that the Magistrate will sit to hear all such objections and finally revise the said , List at the Courthouse, Thames, on i Tuesday, the 22nd day of September, 1931, at noon. MOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Thames Borough Council, on Wednesday, August 12th, 1931, at 7.25 p.m., the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Wednesday, 9th day of September, 1931, at the Borough Chambers, Albert Street. RESOLUTION. THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and the Amendments thereof, the Thames Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order, to stop the following portion of Baillie Street, in the Borough of Thames, in the manner and upon the conditions set forth in the Fourth Schedule of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920," and the Amendments thereof, and Section 190 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920" (that is to say) all that piece of land in the Borough of Thames containing by admeasurement 1 acre (more or less), being part of a street now known as BaiKie Street, commencing at the northern side of. its intersection with Richmond Street, and' terminating at its junction with Sealey Street.
