The success of the two British Industries Fairs in London and Birmingham has been so great, and the 'fillip they have given trade has been so considerable that surely N.Z. might follow suit! A New Zealand Industries Fair might do for us, if held in one or more of the big centres, what the same thing has done for England. We have plenty of things to show visitors from far and near—including tobacco of superlative quality. Connoisseurs from overseas have said that our tobacco compares favourably with that of any other country. Its outstanding merit is that there is hardly any nicotine in it. That is because it is toasted. There is no other toasted tobacco. As for the imported it is often full of nicotine, and quite unsafe to smoke constantly. There are four brands of toasted: Riverhead Gold, Navy Cut No. 3, Cavendish and Cut Plug No 10. They are all mellow, sweet, cool and fragrant, with a rare bouquet. It is a remarkable tribute to the popularity of these tobaccos that imitations are on the market!—Ad. CONSTIPATION BANISHED. BY DR. MORSE'S INDIAN ROOT PILLS. Mrs M. G.
