Inside and Out.
“Take more care when it is raining-; a driver cannot see well when the windscreen is wet,” is the wording on a poster which the Wellington Automobile Club decided to subscribe towards on Monday. It is intended to impress upon school children the necessity of care in crossing streets in wet weather, and bears a picture showing us, from the inside of the car, the small area of the windscreen kept c'car by the wiper. The view through the cleared portion of the screen is shown sharply; the rest is murky.
