Indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong, decreasing later, and backing by east to north. Expect dull weather, with much mist nad fog in parts. Rain probable, but weather improving. Cold temperatures. Barometer has a rising tendency. Seas rough, tides good. Barometer 29.78; thermometer 57.
