FLOODS IN WAIRARAPA.
HEAVY RAIN FALLING. ROADS COVERED WITH WATER. (By Telegraph—Press Association. ) MASTERTON, July 10 Heavy rain has been falling for the past 20 hours, and the rivers are in high flood. Much of the lowlying country is inundated and road in many parts of the district ari under water. Minor damage is reported.
