The indications are for northerly winds strong to gale. After about 24 hours backing by west to south. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Heavy rain is to be expected. Later ’weather will probably become colder. Barometer falling. Seas heavy, tides good. Barometer 29.65; thermometer 66.
