MOTOR CONFERENCE.
HELD IN WANGANUI
(By TelegTaph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, Aug. 22. The annual conference of the North Island Motor Union opened here today Mr. W O'Callaghan presiding over 30 delegates. A welcome was extended bv the deputy-Mayor, Mr. J. Darbyshire. Mr. A. E. Ansell, M P., will address the gathering this afternoon. This morning consideration was given to numerous remits. __
