i <By Telegraph—Press Association.) ■ ' WELLINGTON, Aug. 22. , It has been arranged that after ..Tarrival in Wellington of the remains -of the late Sir t Maui Pomare on Monday, a memorial service will be held «at St. Paul's Pro-Cathedral, tp be conducted by Bishop Sprott, assisted by Canon Wilfred Williams, of Wanganui, superintendent of Maori -church work in the Wellington Dio.cese, and some of the Maori clergy .in the Wellington district. After the service the casket will ;ibe removed to the vestibule of Parliament House, where it will lie in .State until the afternoon. The natives of Porirua and "Wanganui have asked for calls to r he made at those places before the are interred at Waitara, but : it has been found impossible to accede, and the arrangements for the -transport of the casket to Waitara '•will remain as previously announced. A special train leaves Wellington *on' Thursday night, which will pidk up Lady Pomare and the casket at 'Waikanae and proceed to Waitara, -.arriving early- next morning. Several members of the Legislature have intimated a desire to attend the obsequies, and the Government will be represented by Sir Api•rana Ngata and Colonel Smith, .~JM.L.Q. ~ , ;
