WELLINGTON BUILDER ABSENT. WHEN CREDITORS MEET. (By Telegraph—Press Association^J WELLINGTON, Aug. 207 l A meeting of the creditors of A'. Withers, a Wellington builder, was * htld yesterday morning, hut the bankrupt did not put in an appearance, nor forwarded any papers relating to his bankruptcy, and the meeting lapsed. The official assignee is taking steps to ascertain the present v hereabouts of tire bankrupt.
