Nurse Constance Brown, of the Thames Hospital, was one of the successful candidates at the June State exams for nurses.
It is stated on good authority that Mr. William Grouhds, ex-chair-man of the Dairy Control Board, will contest the Kaipara seat, now held by Mr. J. G. Coates, at the next general election, in the Country Party’s interests. Nurse Daisy Moore, of the Thames Hospital, has* been successful in passing the State examination for nurses held in June.
