DR. KIDSON’S REPORT. ■ The indications are for moderate easterly winds, backing by east to north, freshening. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. The weather appears to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. Barometer shows little movement, but has a falling tendency later. Seas smooth, but increasing later. Barometer 30.38, thermometer 54.
