Phillip Henry Ross, aged 28, for:merly a policeman in South Africa, yesterday admitted attempting to ► -obtain cocaine from a doctor by Talsely representing he was a ship’s He said he had been ad- • dicted to drugs for ten years, and "pleaded to be sent to an institution. ►He was remanded, as further ►■charges of forgery are pending.
