HAMILTON STOCK SALE. The Farmers' Co-op. Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report":— At the weekly stoek'sale in the Frankton yards on. Tuesday, 4th. inst., we had a good yarding of steer and cow beef. Late rates were again fully maintained. A heavy yarding of all classes of sheep came forward, consisting mainly of lambs and breeding ewes, met'with keen competition and realised increased prices. We quote:— 'Heavy fat steers, £l4/11/- to £ls/5/-; medium fat steers, £l3/6/to £l4/7/-; light fat seers, £ll/9/-. to £l3/3/-; fat cows, £B/7/6 to £9;, medium fat cows, £7/5/- to £B/4/-; light fat cows, £6/12/6 to ; £7; forward conditioned cows, £5/15/- to £6/5/-'; stare cows, £3 to £4/15/-; fat wethers, 27/- to 27/6; , store wethers, 21/10 to 24/10; prime heavy fat lambs, 28/- to 30/-; fat lambs, 19/-; best M.S. woojjy lambs 15/4; M,S. woolly lambs, 13/- to 1/4/6; S.D. ewe lambs, 17/-; S.D.j £|tud ewes, mixed ages, 2gns; S.D. ram Jambs, £3/15/-;'S.D. stud rams - lOgns; 2-tooth breeding ewes, 28/6 to 30/-; 4 and 5-year breeding ewes, 22/- to 23/3; aged'ewes, 12/9 to 14/9. . - '
