QUEEN’S THEATRE.
CYRIL McLAGLEN AGAIN. An excellent oomedv-drama oh the moral .of the eighth commandment will be screened at the Queen's Theatre to-night. It is a film entitled “Thou Shalt Not Steal,” and features the versatile English actress, Lilian Harvey, who was renowned for her series of comedies illustrating the Adventures of Maizie. The picture has dramatic moments that are a credit to the producers as well as to the players concerned. “The Lost Patrol,” a striking British Dominions film which is being screened tonight at the Queen’s Theatre,, was actually taken in the true locale of the story. Most of the action takes in the Tunisian Sahara, a vivid “flash-back” scene being filmed in Venice. Cyril McLaglen, the handsome young British screen •star, heads the big cast, which is actually all male. When this information was first heard by the press ? they declared the picture would be a. failure, but it has already met with tremendous success in London and on the Continent, and will undoubtedly receive the same reception throughout New Zealand.
