DR. KIDSON’S REPORT The indications are for westerly winds moderate to strong, freshening at times, gradually, and backing by west to south. Weather probably cool and changeable, with scattered showers, mainly on the coast. The barometer shows little movement. Seas moderate; tides good. Barometer, 29.80; thermometer, 63.
