It is unlikdTy that floating racing permits will lie allocated for some weeks yet, as the Hon. de la Perrelle wishes personally to inspect as many racecourses as possible before coming to a decision. He said to-day he was moving around as quickly a possible and he did not think he would be able to do anything until the end of the racing year in July.
